The theme of the festival – "Tomorrow" – is focused on the search and identification of modern trends in architecture and urban planning.

As part of the Festival, the co-founder of the Strategic Development Agency "CENTER" Sergey Georgievsky took part in the Round table "Methods of spatial development of urban clusters, variability of the development of hybrid-modular spaces as a tool for the comfort of residential areas."

The session was moderated by Yuri Vissarionov, academician, 1st Vice-President of the MAAM, corresponding member of the RAASN. Yuri Gennadievich especially noted the high quality of the architectural competitions conducted by the CENTER Agency, and also presented Sergey Georgievsky to the title of Honorary Member of the MAAM.

Over the past 10 years, new demands have been formed for the architectural community: the quality of the urban environment (housing, various infrastructure), taking into account regional specifics. New market players are emerging. Competitive practice also contributes to further changes, as more and more not only established architectural bureaus, but also very young teams take part in competitions. This is an opportunity for unknown bureaus and architects to express themselves and declare themselves.

During the session, experts discussed how architectural policy should be built, what factors influence the development of architectural bureaus, what competencies are in demand today, and much more.
