On August 27, an Introductory Webinar for potential participants of the Open Competition for the Development of Master Plans for the Krasnoyarsk Region cities—Borodino, Nazarovo, and Sharypovo—will take place

Applications for the Open All-Russian Competition to develop master plans for the Krasnoyarsk Region cities (Borodino, Nazarovo, and Sharypovo) can be submitted until September 20.

The Introductory Webinar is scheduled for August 27, 2024, at 4:00 PM. During the webinar, speakers will provide detailed information about the competition procedure, application requirements, and terms of the competition assignment.

Registration is required to attend the webinar.

The purpose of the competition is to develop and select the best master plans for the cities affiliated with the Siberian Coal Energy Company in the Krasnoyarsk Region: Sharypovo, Nazarovo, and Borodino.

Competition Stages:

  1. Stage 1 – Submission of applications by candidates.
  2. Stage 2 – Development of competition proposals by finalists, determined based on the results of the first stage. The finalists will be the top three teams for each category: "Master Plan for Borodino," "Master Plan for Nazarovo," and "Master Plan for Sharypovo." The competition will culminate in the selection of a winner.

Prize Fund Total: 27,000,000 rubles.

The competition is initiated by the Andrey Melnichenko Charitable Foundation, which aims to support sustainable development projects in Russia's regions. The master plan development is being carried out with the support of the Government of the Krasnoyarsk Region and the administrations of Borodino, Nazarovo, and Sharypovo.
