Agency CENTER helped Forbes determine the best headquarters in Russia
The Russian version of Forbes magazine has released a ranking of domestic companies’ best headquarters located in the regions of the Russian Federation. Sergei Georgievskii, co-founder of Agency for Strategic Development CENTER, was a member of the Jury that assessed advantages of different offices. The rating took into account six indicators, such as the quality of the building, location, ergonomics, human-centricity, technological effectiveness and sustainability.
In total, there are 10 offices in the regional ranking: six in the Leningrad Region, two in the Sverdlovsk Region, and one each in the Novosibirsk Region and Tatarstan. Among the highlights of these spaces there are, for example, play areas for employees (Setl Group, St. Petersburg), a room with musical instruments, as well as booths with complete noise reduction (Petrovich, St. Petersburg), an opportunity to come to work with a dog (Zolotoe Yabloko, Yekaterinburg), and lighting that reduces eye strain (S7, Novosibirsk).
Overall rating places were not distributed among the offices, but each indicator was graded on a scale from "copper" to "platinum".
In December, Forbes will release a federal study of the TOP 50 headquarters of Russian companies.
Rankings are released as part of a joint project of F Research and Pridex.
