The CENTER Agency helped Forbes identify the best headquarters in Russia
The Russian version of Forbes magazine has released a ranking of the best headquarters of domestic companies located in the regions of the Russian Federation. Sergey Georgievsky, co-founder of the CENTER Strategic Development Agency, joined the Jury that evaluated the advantages of certain offices. When making estimates, six indicators were taken into account: the quality of the building, its location, ergonomics, human-centricity, manufacturability and environmental friendliness.
In total, there are 10 offices in the regional ranking: six in the Leningrad region, two in Sverdlovsk, and one each in the Novosibirsk region and Tatarstan. Among the highlights of these spaces, for example, play areas for employees (Setl Group, St. Petersburg); a room with musical instruments, as well as booths with full noise reduction (Petrovich, St. Petersburg); the opportunity to come to work with a dog (Golden Apple, Yekaterinburg) and lighting that reduces the load on the eyes (S7, Novosibirsk).
