A comprehensive study aims at identifying the prerequisites for creating a youth center in the city of Anadyr and the key factors determining the features of its creation, including natural and climatic features. The obtained data formed the basis of the concept for the creative innovative public space “ANGAR”.

As part of the study, the Agency CENTER experts conducted the following work:

• Formed the socio-economic characteristics of the Anadyr urban district
• Analyzed the urban development situation of the Anadyr urban district
• Compared object placement options
• Prepared a description of the redevelopment object at the address: PJSC, Anadyr, ul. Otke, ow. 55
• Conducted marketing research of the socio-cultural and leisure sphere of the Anadyr urban district
• Investigated the needs of a youth audience in the city

When creating the center, it is necessary to take into account factors including the unique characteristics of Anadyr, its specialization, demographic features and the nature of life. Experts referred to external factors as extreme and uncomfortable living conditions of the citizens, Anadyr's remoteness from other large cities, and internal factors - its quasi-urban environment, monofunctionality and low social mobility.
